Here is how to read the table. There are two pairs of columns: Purchase Amount/Basic Reward Multiplier and Monthly Purchases/Monthly Multiplier. The multipliers are factors to be multiplied by its immediate column to the left. Let's say you made a purchase totalling $200 and your VIP Reward points would have been 2000 points ($200 x 10). If you reached certain quota in a particular month, additional multiplier is applied to the actual total amount for that month. So the end result, you get two rewards: the original purchases and the monthly quota purchases.

VIP Reward Points Redemption Multiplier

Multiplier: 0.001

Reward points x 0.001 or 10 points per penny ( 10 points = $.01)

So if you'd earned 1972 points,

1972 x 0.001 = 1.972

your redemption value is $1.97 (rounding to the nearest value, causing the '2' to be carried forward for future calculations). So your monetary value is $1.97 with 2 points to be carried forward and stays in your account for future calculations.
